Patricia Koeble
Operation Manager
Patricia manages daily organizational and facility operations while supporting administrative systems, HR processes, and IT coordination. She helps ensure the organization’s day-to-day functions run smoothly in support of the Community Food Council’s larger mission—and makes sure there is always coffee and tea available.
Patricia has long embraced the philosophy of living simply and lightly on the Earth, with a deep focus on sustainability and mindfulness. She brings decades of experience growing food and living closely connected to the land, having cultivated gardens of all sizes for nearly 50 years. Her connection to the natural world and commitment to environmental stewardship continue to guide both her personal life and her work with the Community Food Council.
She values the organization’s commitment to caring for both people and the land that sustains them, and brings a thoughtful, grounded perspective to keeping operations organized and running smoothly. Outside of work, Patricia enjoys walking beaches and forest trails, tending to her home and garden, and sharing conversations over coffee and freshly baked goods.
Fun Fact: Patricia enjoys jumping rope.
