Molly manages the Gather and Grow Food Hub project and the Harvest Box multi-producer Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. In her role, she works with growers and community stakeholders to build systems that support institutional food sales and strengthen regional food security.

Molly began her career in food systems working with a western Massachusetts-based nonprofit organization, where she coordinated technical assistance for small farmers with a focus on climate resilience. In 2025, she joined the crew of a diversified vegetable farm and food hub in eastern Washington to gain hands-on farming experience and further explore food systems work on the West Coast.

She is passionate about building an equitable and sustainable food system and is especially interested in work that centers farm workers, food access, and climate-resilient farming practices. Molly values collaborative, community-based approaches that strengthen connections between local growers and the people they feed.

Fun Fact: Before joining the team, Molly spent three months traveling from Colombia to Guatemala, working on her Spanish and learning about local agriculture. During her travels, she lived and worked on a small coffee farm in the mountains near Medellín, where she learned agro-ecological farming practices from local farmers.
