MEETING OBJECTIVES

  • Confirm the report accurately reflects stakeholder input.

  • Identify any needed edits or additions.

  • Build consensus on final recommendations

This report represent the collective work of local governments, Tribal partners, community organizations, businesses, agricultural producers, educators and residents to identify practical, locally driven strategies to reduce organic waste, strengthen food recovery and highlights pathways to build community resilience.

Your feedback is essential! This community planning effort is funded through a CalRecycle grant and supported by a partnerships between the Del Norte Solid Waste Manangement Authority, the Del Norte Solid Waste Management Task Force, and the Del Norte and Tribal Lands Community Food Council.
