She believes that education is most effective when it’s rooted in collaboration, and she thrives in creating networks of support around the projects she leads. This sense of community is what makes her work impactful and sustainable.
Angela spent two years as a blueberry and mixed vegetable farmer at Windy Creek Organic Farm and volunteered for three years in public health, leading cooking demonstrations and gardening education workshops for both youth and adults. With more than 20 years of experience growing food organically, she brings extensive hands-on knowledge and a deep commitment to sustainable living and community wellness.
As a practicing herbalist, Angela’s connection to the land is deeply rooted in both her personal values and professional work. Her mission is centered on cultivating wellness—not only in her own life, but in the lives of others as well.
